Cloud Saves

Okay, so I've done some digging around in the DMC HD Collection files. Apparently in (Drive location)\steamapps\common\Devil May Cry HD Collection\SavesDir there is a steam_autocloud.vdf file. Isn't this for syncing your saves to the Steam Cloud? So why does this game not have Steam Cloud support? I want to play DMC3 between my Deck and PC but have to switch saves out manually every time.

Yes, I want to play DMC3 on the Steam Deck without having to go through the file manager every time

ive tried to get them to re add cloud saves for this game like multiple times and each time capcom support has proven to be COMPLETELY useless

Yep I noticed this as well. I had a fully maxed out characters on DMC1 and 3, and now all progress is gone. Guess i'll just download a trainer to unlock everything quickly.

Have you tried downloading other people's save files?
