Audio is delayed during cutscenes
So I've been trying to stream DMC HD Collection for my friend but the audio is always delayed during cutscenes, meanwhile the audio during gameplay is perfectly fine, the only problem with the gameplay being that It's kinda slow.

Even when I'm not streaming the game, I still keep having that problem with the audio delaying during cutscenes. It's been getting pretty annoying for my friend and I, since I'm streaming the game for them so I can talk to them about the story, but the delayed audio just ruins any impact the cutscenes have and it just feels, so awkward. Any idea how to fix this issue?????

This game needs to maintain 60FPS iirc, if it goes below it will experience gameplay and cutscene slow downs.

You need to limit your fps to 60, otherwise problems happen, such as desynced audio. If you are using an AMD GPU, its pretty easy to do. No idea about Nvidia though.

Just open the AMD Adrenalin software and find DMC HD Collection in the Gaming tab where you will see all your installed games(if the game wasn't already detected, click on the 3 vertical dots icon in the top right corner of the program, a drop down menu will appear, click on scan games, the software will scan for newly scanned games and DMC HD collection should appear). Click on the DMC HD collection tab that appeared and a new section of graphic settings will show up. Navigate to the Radeon Chill option(should be the 4th option on the left of the software), click to enable and 2 new options will appear ( Min Fps and Max Fps). What you need to do here is set the limit to both options at 60 fps either by using the slider or just manually typing the numbers in the box.

Happy Hunting :)

For NVIDIA, go to NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings > Add "dmc3.exe" from DMC HDC folder > Select "High-Performance NVIDIA Processor" > Max Framerate "60 FPS".

You can alternately use RivaTuner Statistics Server and set the "Framerate limit" to 60.

I did exactly what you said and it seemed to have fixed everything when I tested it out myself. Although I still seem to have the problem whenever I stream it, since I did I did another test today when I streamed the game again for my friend

If you're streaming (not sure if via OBS or Discord Share Screen), try not to open so many apps especially browsers.
