Other than that, some audio is incorrectly played. Textures seem to have been passed through some sharpening filter. Some special effects are missing, such as Dante's blur effect in DMC1. Griffon is missing an animation in DMC1. Dante's hair in DMC3 is missing it's transparency, making it look worse.
Small stuff like that. However, the one benefit is performance. Emulating DMC1 for example can be problematic, and I've never managed to get it to run totally smoothly. The HD Collection runs even on my laptop just fine. There's also the DDMK mod for the HD Collection, which adds some nice QoL options for DMC1 and DMC3.
