(DMC1) Sin Scythes are the bane of my existence.

Im aiming for completion and made decent progress so far. Now im trying to get those Paragraphs, but that elusive instant-kill strat for the Sin Scythes is just beyond me. Anyone got visual aid ,also known as Video, for that strat? Difficulty shouldn't matter, but just in case im on Mission 14 of Hard Mode. I'll just ram my head against the wall in the meantime and try to not lose all my lives in the progress.

If memory serves, you have to parry their Scythe Roundtrip attack, which opens them up for an insta-kill shot. With the Sin Scissors, you just parry their basic attack, walk a bit to the left of them, and shoot them.

As far as lives go, you can always save at the beginning of the mission, get some practice in, and when you feel confident you can restart to the start of the mission with all your lives back.

Sin Scythes? Really? They die with 2-3 Shotgun blasts or a single DT'd Helm Breaker from a double jump.
