Can you paste your specs?
If audio is ahead of video, turn down the resolution. If video is ahead of audio, use MSi Afterburner and RivaTuner Statistics Server to lock the game to 60 FPS.
Still, if you're having the OTHER side of the issue, where the video is running faster than the audio, you need to manually cap the framerate at 60.
Still did not fix it for me.
I can't say how it works on the other games but this is how it works.
And I was able to fix it by turning off vsync in nvidia control panel for DMC1, not it's all in sync.
It has nothing to do with your computer specs or any crazy setting
Just set the max and min frame rate to 55fps, you can do this through the options on your graphics card menu, and the audio will be synced in the cutscenes just fine
Atleast that's how it worked for me
