By any chance is this version drm free?

I have the HD collection on Twitch Prime, which is drm free, but it doesnt contain the other two games :(

Twitch Prime never gave away the collection, it only gave DMC1 HD, they were pretty clear about that from the very begining.
Now, DMC HD Collection on steam is not DRM Free, like most games on steam it has the Steam DRM. Also, I'm not sure the twitch version is DRM Free, the Twitch Launcher is a DRM.

Anyway, why are you asking this?

Yes, the HD collection only has DmC 1 and usually twitch prime games are drm free. However, this time it's not. I like to keep my games forever and not have to have steam installed. I dont mind using Steam as a 1 time to install a game.

Bummer to hear Capcom didnt make this drm free on Twitch or Steam. They gave us 2 drm free games on GoG.

The Twitch Launcher is similar to the GOG launcher. It's only a delivery mechanism. Once you actually have the game downloaded, you don't need the launcher anymore, so yeah, technically the games on Twitch are DRM free. There are even games on Steam that don't have Steam DRM.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure DMC1 was a one-off. Most Japanese publishers seem to want to stick with Steam because of the install base, and probably see Steam's form of DRM as the least intrusive while still working.
