DMC2 Mission 2 door won't open

No idea how to open the door here so I watched a walk through of it and I still can't figure it out. In the walk through the guy just walked up to the door and then a puzzle opened up for him. I can't get the puzzle to start

You have to press Use on the door, which is the "Dodge Roll" Most doors you can just run into, but this one has to be activated.

Thank you that worked! No idea what happened there, I could have sworn I pressed every single possible button in front of that door
