Slow motion problem
So, just bought this and started with dmc 3 and everything runs fine, the cutscenes run at 60 fps but when it comes to the gameplay it locks to 30fps and runs in slowmotion, what is going on?

Check with RTSS (it comes with MSI Afterburner) what fps you get, and also CPU and GPU usage. Make sure it isn't any weird vsync setting in the drivers.

I force vsync with Nvidia Profile Inspector and never had any problem. I kinda miss when the games had fps unlocked and could go over 100% speed before the patch.

I don't need an external software to see the fps, i just use the steam ingame option. Anyway i managed to solve it, just disabled AA in the options from the menu where you choose the game, and if you ask me, i didnt' see any visual difference or at least not one that was so obvious

do you by any chance play this on laptop with switchable graphics?

Discovered that game on default ran on cpu graphics causing slowdowns and audio desync

No, on a pc, but i already solved it, just had to deactivate the AA

I have a question
What if you had the same Slowdown issues, but turning off AntiAliasing does not change the situation very much. This is the dilema I'm having now. Before, I had a Windows 10 Laptop(Inspirion 15) with 8 GB Ram, Intel Graphics, 1 TB Storage, and an Intel Core i5. Now, I Have a WIndows 10 Laptop(Razer Blade) with 8 GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M Graphics, And Core i7. Between both Laptops, the Situaion never changed seeing almost unnoticeable changes with and without AntiAliasing. So, might this be the answer and if so, how? I also have DMC 4SE and that game runs at over 100FPS(I think 134FPS) even with high settings on the Razer Blade. I'm Honestly really confused as to why the switch of systems didn't change anything.

I have aa turned off, and it still runs really slow on both my desktop and my rog ally
If you use the armory provided by ASUS you can customize graphic settings, such as frame rates I knew right away that the frame rate was really low, but the game doesn’t allow you to change frame rates so I used the armory to forced the game to run a frame rate of 120. I’ve also tested this with a frame rate of 60 and both run perfectly fine.
