DMC 2 Attack combo variations
I have no idea how to execute different combo attacks with either swords. I have seen some different variations by chance but I can't figure out how to perform them by will. I'm not sure if my timing is off although I don't struggle with getting the correct timings for things like Trillion Stabs in the other titles, though.
I was wondering if they have a completely different way of enabling them.

Yeah, it's different from the other DMC games. Instead of pausing during a certain point in a combo like the other games, DMC2 has this weird system where you press any direction on the analog stick during different parts of the basic 4 hit combo to change it up. Oh and you have to not be holding RB when you press the direction, otherwise it'll just perform High Time or Stinger.

You can Pretty much kill everything while using Guns only.
Wew, thanks for making this thread I figured I was doing something wrong, it's been so long I played DMC2 I completely forgot how to do the variations. DMC2 is so janky compared to the other ones, even the first one.
