Dante with both sleeves?
Is there a mod that adds his sleeve back after misssion 7?

No but can be done very easily. The sleeveless model is separate from the default one and you can just replace one with the other by copying & renaming. Do you have the Style Switcher installed? Either way I can explain how to do it.

yes i do have style switcher installed

Okay then, this should only take a couple minutes.
Go to the game's root directory. (...\Devil May Cry HD Collection\data\dmc3) and create a NEW FOLDER named GData.afs.
Then open dmc3-0.nbz with 7zip or Winrar etc and find the file pl000.pac.
Extract it to the GData.afs folder.
Rename it to pl013.pac.
Run the game and press ctrl + D to bring up the Style Switcher settings, click the "System" tab and make sure "Prefer local files" is on.

Should work perfectly. Let me know if a problem comes up.
