It's not great though. Really, it's the only disappointing thing about the program honestly.
First, make a square room of the appropriate size. Then, stamp in circular corners as custom drawn objects, matching the textures of your chosen wall textures.
It works, kindof, but the shadows and textures are all baked instead of dynamic so it basically throws away most of the advantages of the program. I don't recommend it, but it can work if you need just the one circular room for some set piece and are willing to put in the effort for it.
This idea could be used to easily make floorplans with circular and circle-sectional constructions.
