Premium shop, few questions
Hey there :steamhappy:
So 2 days after playing the game I realized that the premium shop gifts out 2 items per day for free, that was yesterday, today I redeemed them and for some reason the mat is only showing up with the Character (3rd one) that collected the Mat yesterday, no other (1st or the 2nd one) character can see that mail. I think its called Hems (System) is that some kind of bug ?

Another question.
Are there any items in the premium shop worth purchasing ? so far all I can see are overpriced packs, like starting packs. hmm silver and gold VIP membership, its 3x price difference, so whats the difference, i cannot really tell, Since the discription is just showing what it has but other then that I dont really know what is what

The soulcash is weird too, that huge jump from 4800 to 17150 is a bit weird.

I'm not sure what the mail issue is but you can move the mat around using the storage.

The SC rate is due to the whales who took advantage of Gameforge's regional pricing. Long story short, the whales abused regional conversion rates to get SC at a very noticable discount. Gameforge fixed this, the whales complained and so they added bonus SC for higher SC purchases.

This interestingly makes some soul cash items on the NA server cheaper than the KR/JP versions if you buy SC in bulk. (Not fully sure if those versions give extra cash on purchase, just using numbers from videos)


Nvm, it seems GF has offered bonus SC for a while now

Oh great I accidentally purchased Gold VIP membership, where I go for a refund. I so not want that :steamsad: . Asking because lately I had some trouble with my old account, so not sure which support I contact

I used GameForge support, they said its not been 7 days and i dint used it,so there will be no problem with getting a refund. All i have to do is take out the package from the Hems

Does anyone know if I can play the Character that has the item that they will remove or will it make it not possible for the Support team to remove the item?
