Physical copies are limited to Japan/Japanese language.
As far as I can tell the only difference for the Switch version is the portability, otherwise they should be identical - both versions even have local multiplayer, though it's probably more convenient on the Switch.
The only other thing is that the free wallpaper is exclusive to the PC version.
Edit: Oh, and Steam-specific stuff like achievements and trading cards, of course.
This is the PS3? version that was released on Japan (I think, need confirmation) but that version had a cash shop that was completely removed and the game was reworked a little to make it a valid experience without the need for microtransactions.
But the PC and Switch versions should be identical.

Given the amount of communication u need. I'd consider land as the best way anyway
