Character creation issues.

I've recently started experiencing a LOT of character creator bugs, varying from not being able to change any features at all, to all my characters suddenly getting all the same face, making me lose all the custom characters I had made.

Now I've got to make my five custom characters again after spending so much time getting them right..

Shall they be left to rest in peace..

I would add to that that in the past 15 minutes I have had to restart the game 3 times because it locks up on selecting a color in the loadout creation with no key presses working anymore. Alt F4 is the only solution.
This is more than a little annoying and is something I would not expect for a full release version of a game.
