Looking for Modding resources
Would like to make a mod for a custom server. Where can I learn about adjusting values and such. Thanks

Mod objective -

1. Add turn cap limit during wind up and follow through to remove drags and accels. This will create more of a attack commitment system and also make dodges easier to pull off. ( Should behave similar to skyrim attack commitment combat mods )

2. Kicks are now unblockable unless you have the tank perk or a shield.

3. Tank perk allows you to knock opponents down every time kick is landed. Unless kicking another player with tank perk.

4. All players get dodge perk. Tanks are unable to dodge. Dodge distance is also slightly increased.

5. Allow any attack to be turned into a morph. i.e. - Right overhand morphed into right uppward slash. ( Now that accels and drags are no longer in game we can at least allow the user to use more morph attacks. )

6. Forward movement when attacking is slower/less. ( distance management is now more important)

7. Dodge cool down time - Time to repeat dodging is longer. ( So if enemy feints and you dodge, you cannot dodge right away again as punishment ) This will ensure dodging is not overpowered.

I have other ideas. But these are some of the gameplay changes.
