What NA region has most duel players?

Recently reinstalled and wanna know which region I should queue for fastest duel queues. Thanks

Central and East, late in the day and more people on weekends and fridays. You can check "Mordhau Scribe" on google to see live queues.
Your best luck is directly challenging people on duelyards to ranked, and they have to be within 3 or 4 ranks from yours anyways.
