Partisan is garbage.

It is bad at what it's supposed to be good at. It's so damn slow. I know it has 50 damage to T3 chest but it gets outclass by spears, billhook, estoc, halberd, polehammer stabs. It's not worth 21 points. Either lower the cost to 18 or give it a little buff.

Its the best team fight/rat weapon around outside of maybe stuff like phammer, the slow stabs don't matter when the enemy can't see them coming and it also helps it do stab drags since most people try to chamber stabs.

I almost never see them in the game and when there is one on the ground, myself and everyone around me scrambles to pick it up just to throw it at the enemy at the first opportunity. Other than that yeah I wouldn't trust my life to it.

Estoc doesn't deal as much damage on a single hit, so its not that good for rats, also the estoc has fast stabs so its stab drags are harder and more finnicky.
