Well is there a plan for an update or patch that adds cosmetics that are just unlockable in game? If not then i think that says enough

The most recent patch had cosmetics that were not DLC, so yes.

The servers and backend cost money to keep running, and the amount of game sales is no longer enough to keep those running. So, all the good sets will be DLC so the servers can remain online.

Maybe they need to make a MORDHAU 2 then, or perhaps make this game more appealing to get new purchases. I doubt DLC sales are single handedly funding their servers.

Triternion is also already working on their next game and has been working on it for 3 years so far. It's not believed to be "Mordhau 2", but nothing has been publicly announced yet.

Demon Horde was exactly that, an effort to make the game more appealing, and has somewhat worked.

The DLC packs have fúck all reviews, which probably means they arent selling much either. I doubt people are buying the DLC packs every day, I have had the game for years and only have 1 DLC pack lmao. The playercount has also barely changed, if it has even changed at all. The only people that play are those that have had the game for ages, this game gets maybe 1 new player per week and that new player leaves and most likely refunds due to getting shát on by everyone else, and not knowing game mechanics cus half of them arent shown.

I don't have any issue with this. I bought Mordhau at release and I have 2000 hours in-game. I'm happy to buy the DLCs and many of my friends buy them. I would also love to run a community server (and I have set one up as a test), but I'm not sure on the feasibility of it right now.

Demon Horde mode IS nice, I hope it is popular.

I don’t really have a problem with this, i bought every dlc except the supporter pack thing and I don’t have that many hours either. And its not like overwatch where a single cosmetic that barely looks different than the basic character skin and with some stupid charms costs 20 bucks
