This game really needs to be patched

Every time I'm looking for matches in Ranked games, the game fails to look for matches in ranked. From what it seems like, it's not the popularity that affects the game, it's the game itself, it has bad functioning. I figured this out when I was trying to get a 1v1 ranked match with my friend the other day, and it failed to find the match. We had the region set at the same region and searched at the same time, and it still didn't work. We were basically trying to get a 1v1 ranked game to face each other, and then that's when it came to our attention that it's the game itself that's the problem, not the popularity. So regardless of us searching for a ranked game at the same time, the game's functionality is at a failure function. Please fix it.

Nope. I played a lot of the ranked games last year, and now these days it's having an issue.
