I noticed my friend has that on 1 of his characters, is it removed from the armory tho? Can't seem to find it anywhere. I heard something that the devs removed it because ppl were making KKK builds with it.

Just checked right now, it aint there for some reason. I checked the entire light category for head... its strange

i can still equip it, i assume you had to play/use/buy it on halloween to use it now
