Help with seeing overheads
I have trouble chambering overheads when the enemy monetarily sees a penny on the ground and breaks his spine in 4 different locations whilst performing an overhead.

Basically, the overhead looks very much like a normal swing when they start it off looking it my feet and either drag it from there, or simply move their mouse around a bit to make it look weird.

Backpedal. It sounds like they are facehugging you. Its easier to see what they are doing if you back up a bit. Also when people are looking at the ground, they are either in third person or cant really see you so either way using aggressive reposte will hit them often. I wouldn't try to chamber these people.

so why chamber it when u can just parry and return fire to the legs

Its sometimes hard to see them. Im not talking about "constantly looking down", but simply choosing to admire my toes when doing an averhead and sometimes a swing to diversify the mix.

Some of these people are very good at parrying, hence the only ways of getting through to them is feinting, or feinting after a chamber.

but chambering wastes more stamina and its harder to time with drags

Chambering into a feint is the only way to get through to some of these people, as they easily parry any normal attacks. Mind you im not chambering to save myself, im chambering to get a hit in on them.

i would say try morphing a bit but at this point your just asking how to beat someone good. And there is no easy answer. Keep dueling them and youll get better. If they are nice even ask them for help\training.
