Failed to connect to backend server

Been playing fine this morning but now getting this problem. I have looked at my firewall and Mordhau is enabled. Can't get rid of this, tried restarting steam and the PC. Problem persists.

It did but it does still happen at times.

Seems like this happens every evening around the same time when a lot of people want to play, atleast that's what a friend and i are experiencing

Stupid game ...
You could at least say that the servers are overloaded or down ...
But this firewall error message is really the last one.

Im also having this problem... Yesterday it worked after a restart, but today nothing works

At least in my case my antivirus is Bullguard and it has a feature called game booster i turned that off an its all good now see if your antivirus has that too hopefully it helps.

My antivirus was not the problem, the problem so far has went away since, it was most likely just server issues but your answer might help others so thanks for the reply!

I have had this problem all week been playing fine for a year now, computer got a virus I cleaned it and the game ♥♥♥♥ itself, tried hardpoint restarts, reprogrammed my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ computer changed parts, upgraded to 200mbs internet! The games ♥♥♥♥♥♥ all the og players can’t get on!

I've had the game since launch and only had this problem once after an update and server overload. So don't think its a widespread problem.
