Training sword will now drain stamina on chamber

It's a good change. The point of the sword is to train you. If you don't lose stamina you're not being trained correctly. It was also been used as an exploit in duels, to outstam and disarm other players.

It was not an exploit. It required a lot of skill and concentration (try to chamber all those drags), had its advantages and weaknesses and was a valid duel-exclusive playstyle that is now being killed.
