No ability to mouse bind upper/lower stabs to keys?

Is it just me or can you only perform the 2 regular stabs using keybinds. Because you can stab in four directions using the directional controls, but not with keybinds? Am I blind?

I don't really know, but lower stabs will be removed with this patch (at least for now) so you won't need it.
