Failed to load Shared Shader Library Crash isssue

I have been playing with no issue the last 3 days, today the game started to crash within 3 to 10 seconds of launch. I tried all potential fixes found on the net, reinstall game and Steam, run in admin, directx12, delete shader files in appdata -- nothing works. Anyone have a fix?

there was a GPU driver update released last week for nvidia cards check and see if this is the issue.

no good - rolled back to dec, same issue. anyone know if a mod could be causing the issue? they download automatically on some servers and im not sure how to clear them out.
