please add some roman armor sets and weapons

Would be pretty cool. I'm thinking from a business stand point they might add it in through DLC, as well as Samurai stuff, etc...

no need for samurai but having the roman gear including shields and gladius would be a nice thing to see added. i saw theres a short sword similar but i think addidng the real thing would be sick.

I mean honestly, if they're gonna be adding Roman stuff I don't see why not go all out with all the content they could imagine to give to us. I'd happily see Roman, and Samurai, and a ton of other ancient weaponry/armors so long as they went out and made each DLC extensive, because you have to think this would also bring in new maps and such. It's a much bigger picture. Having roman themed colleseum, or city maps, and samurai country side mountains, or rivers would just be awesome alongside the weapons and armor. Kind of like the deadliest warrior DLC for Chivalry.

i can also see them adding the early matchlocks and flintlocks of the time of musketeers. they have armor sets andweapons of the musketeers like the rapier....so y not add a simple flintlock model

Did some roman roleplaying with our currently available customization.
Looks alright imo.

I think they should add cool armour sets (such as roman sets for example) based on the amount of time players have spent in the game. They could use the gold currency for this, making the really coolest stuff very expensive, something you'd normally have to grind 100-200 hours for.

I know that seems like much, but they could have a variety of unlockable armour, ranging from peasant-tier, knight-tier, captain-tier to the eventual commander/royal-tier. Maybe even have certain badges you could attach to your armour to show people your achievements, such as winning 50 battle royale matches. Anything to make the really veteran players stand out, so that when they see you, they know who they're messing with.

It's just random cool ideas I'm putting here, but it would definitely increase the longevity of the game if people have actual goals to play for.

They won't expand on other time periods. It is a medieval themed game with a focus on Western Europe. However they may include other cultures that were prominent on the same timeline, but not far away stuff like Asian.
Having said that, the mod tools will come at some point and people will make all sorts of cool mods.

You are right about that but I think that they are excluded for gameplay reasons.

About mod tools, everything is possible I believe that the modding community will make wonders with this game.
