That's just down to the bargain bin state of most "Anti cheat"
All the people tripping over themselves to say "LOL only cheaters complain!" are why cut corner garbage anticheat is so common in the industry.
Because all you need to do is give people the least excuse to talk tough on the internet, and they will eat up ♥♥♥♥ from a shovel.
Even for games where hackers literally stream their hacks, people will still defend the anticheat systems in place.
That's why even with having avoided any such bans over the years myself, I'm more afraid of the anticheat systems than the hackers these days.
Auto hot key. he's likely going FAR and above a "macro" if he was banned for using it...
AHK is a complete automation tool, which you can Script to do damn near anything.
AFAIK, it is 'macroing' and as such, it isn't something they will ban for, but IMO, all macroing should be bannable, and if you use it you're a scumbag cheaty slime ball.
The thing is, that sort of thing won't do a ton for you (and might hurt as much as help) against the better players. But it makes stomping weaker players even easier. That's why it's all-around crap to use.
I have a macro keyboard and a programmable mouse, but for something like this game it would sap my fun as well as anyone I could beat without it. Plus I doubt it'd let me beat anyone I couldn't otherwise.
