Is it worth it for solo

I am just wondering if this game is fun or good solo, and how is the AI

No no no big time no. This is pretty much 99% multiplayer. Horde mode could be played single but it’s not gonna be fun in the slightest. Check out some gameplay and you’ll see.

If by not needing friends to play with, absolutely not. I never played with a friend before, that doesn't matter.

But if you did indeed mean only playing with bots, than absolutely not. The AI is ♥♥♥♥ and there's no reason to play with them over online. It's not like it's ranked or something. There's no game voice chat either.

No they didn't do a great job with the AI. If you're going to play solo with bots I'm assuming you mean "offline mode." In offline mode (local matches) you get 0 rewards in terms of gold and xp which means you can't even unlock any gear in the armory which costs gold. You only get xp/gold for playing online. So depending on what game mode you play you're basically screwed over since you can't customize your loadout since all the equipment is locked out and costs gold.

Then the AI aim bots, has terrible path finding, can't be modified in difficulty, and can't parry/block attacks. They also get stuck on stairs sometimes and they can't climb ladders so you can exploit that. This game is not worth it if all you had in mind was the solo play aspect since it was poorly designed. And there's hardly any maps so get ready for it to feel very repetitive and boring.

Only positive side is you can do every game mode in offline mode with bots but that's it.

Dont even consider buying this game for co op or playing offline against bots.

The AI is just crap.
