He is a bot and sort of a mascot for the game.

One of the bosses in Horde mode.
He wears nothing but a helmet, can tank a lot of damage (like a TON of damage) and regenerates everytime he kills someone.

The final boss in horde. Kills you in 1 hit and can tank a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of damage.

Seymour can also be a normal bot that can spawn. He by FAR has the best AI out of any of the bots.
