What is Flip Attack SIde?
I've set a bind for it but when I press it does nothing

It should put your next attack on the other side, if you're not using the 240 degree attack direction.

Try the "Hybrid" setting if you want no fuss direction control without needing 8 damn keybinds, fumbling for an alt key, or the soulles robot precision to use the 240 system with a mouse rather than a control stick.

I dont think anything explains what it does in game. But "Hybrid" means mouse movement (and thus the little arrow by your crosshair) only controls left/right. So M1 is always horizontal, left or right determine by your last twitch of the mouse, etc.

I still prefer the 240 system, it's pretty easy to get the hang of and is pretty simple to just left click whenever you need to swing. I lazily move to the direction I want to swing and just mostly wing it from there.

Of course I still use stabs and overheads cause I'll never be able to get rid of my Chivalry muscle memory.

In the controls, not the key bindings.
