Cloaks and Capes

I would really love both in the game. The hoods and neck options are okay but... having a nice, big decorated cloak would look so good...

then everyone will have capes on the battlefield, if any capes are added it should only be for the best of the best from ranked rewards, then maybe it would be ok, we are soldiers, not kings, only kings wear capes

Well I can't imagine that all soldiers ran around in plate armors either. It's just cosmetics after all. I wouldn't mind seeing everyone run around with a cape. Also makes it easier to spot bloodied up blues...

Cloaks were used to block the rain.
