Report a translation problem
How to do it depends on which anti virus app it is, like I said above. If it is a 3rd party, you will need to open it up and see quarantined or blocked files, and then unblock the file.
If it is Windows 10, the easiest way is to search firewall, then select allow and app through a firewall. Then change settings, the box called "Allow another app", then browse, and locate that file, at the location it says in your post.

Ok i get it. But geach3d said that i should have find my file, but there's nothing, it stops at "Win64" and the file is empty
