I like using 2/2/2, dodge, billhook, and shortsword. It's a very effective generalist build.

No helmet or shield for your spartan?

I'm using 3/2/1 not sure if that's smart (probably not) but I haven't bothered changing

medium head, light torso, light legs. Two short spears and dagger. perk: rush. Probably my favorite build.
Second favorite would be medium head & torso, light legs, billhook and dagger, bloodlust perk.

Smarter than the opposite. Leg armor is less important than head armor. Still debating whether head is more important than chest though.

I like using the long spear 3/2/1 armor until they add marker to recognize your group. We use painted helmet 3 so we recognize ourselves on the battlefield.

After they add it, I'll probably go 2/2/1 + healing item or regen perk for a while until I get 60k for the level 3 helmet :D

Edit: reducing the costr of spear by 1 would be the dream for me I could go 3/2/1(mostly for cosmetic) + healing stuff

1. Toothless Hound - Full T3 + Bloodlust + Second Wind - no weapon

Run in, grab a 2h Hammer or Blacksmith hammer in the base where you start. Kill or assist on first enemies and grab any weapon you get. Or grab any weapon from dead allies.
All in ... :D

2. Annoying Firedude

3x Firebomb to start with, you know what to do. Grab any weapon and refill 2 firebombs as often as you can. I check which armor and perks later.

3. Smash Brother

3-3-3 with Maul and no perks because smashing everyone is the way to go.

1-Spear and whatever else gg wp

Oh and my most loved build that really lets my enemies think "dafuq?!" is the Ninja. :D

Weapon: Quarterstaff ONLY
Armor: 2-1-0
Perks: Bloodlust, Second Wind, Fury, Fireproof, Tenacious

You attack really really quick with a nice range ( poke! ) and do only 20-25 damage but you can block, parry and poke superfast while running circles around enemies.

Pretty hard to play but before i make my parents sad and play archer ... :D

When people make a statement like this, then it's their opinion, and you can't change their minds, as they are firmly rooted in their beliefs. Having said that, bloodlust isn't usually worth it, except on specific builds. If you get the kill, great, but how much easier would it have been to simply get more armor, or even better weapons.
