-Kicking (When it works maybe 1/5 of the time)
-Beating their shield non stop until they drop it
-Parrying and trading until a teammate arrives
-Baiting them into a swing and try to chamber it
-Bait them into an enclosed space and firebomb the floor
Teamfight? You don't. Withdraw or die.
Shields should be a pain in the ass to deal with, they cost 2 or 3 loadout points and an equipment slot and do no damage in a game as aggressive as Mordhau. I would hope they would at least offer something, otherwise why even take one with you?
Good Shield users will not be caught easily by this since the shields keep way too much mobility when blocking, and the kick is short. Against those types you'll have to feint your heart out (You can feint kicks, you can feint into kicks, keep it in mind) or hope they fall for a chambermorph or something of the like.
Something that works against some bad shield users is also a jumping stab. Just get in front of them, jump, stab em in the top of the head. Doesn't work often but shakes their confidence.
Against really good Shield users, no idea. They'll never get hit by kicks, they won't fall for obvious feints, they sure as hell won't let you drain their stamina. Maybe some really far off drags could do it.
