Everyone above is wrong billhook, allows you to instantly swipe someone off a horse regardless of health and guarantees basically what is a free kill,
And when on horseback you can couch it like a lance

While I agree that billhook is the best against horses, he appears to be asking the best weapon while on a horse, not on foot.

You can couch the billhook therefore making it one of the best

It seems a little short, compared to a spear or lance, but I suppose it could work.

Who said I was fighting another cav on horseback? I just meant that having longer reach is nice while on a horse.
