End them rightly?

Pommel throwing does far too few damage and too slow to be able to do it in actual combat so like any tips? I really want the achievement

with the longsword press x then click 2 and you will unscrew and throw the pommel

Hit someone until theyre low enough and then do it.

Throw it at someone that has "Fleshwound" and is about to die (you can tell by the whining/whimpering and possibly a lost limb). When Fleshwound is active, even 1 damage will kill them. Hence, ending them rightly.

I been trying for awhile now ive gotten close but never can get it to be the death blow

I actually managed to end my opponent rightly in a duel, he had a fleshwound perk and during those 5 seconds I managed to hit him with a pommel
