How do you scroll down in the score board in game?!

Is there anyway at all?

Oh, And let us use the in-game chat to text when we are in the spawn screen, In the XP screen, And in the map vote selection screen. You can't at all.
And it sucks when you can't talk about the aftermath of the match when it just disables the chat quickly right after the match ends.

I don't think it's possible at the moment. I tried pretty much all they keys and combinations, but I haven't found anything that scrolls the scoreboard. I'm sure they will fix this though, there is a scroll slider at the side though, so scrolling down seems to be at least a planned "feature".
