How to get hood over helmet?

I see other players with it but i can find the option in create mercenary

Hmm, two possible things.

First, are you sure it is not the "Greathelm Cloak" helmet? Check that out in your listings to see if that is the "Hood" you are thinking of.

Second, the neck section for helmets has some extras, but for the helmets I have unlocked so far it has nothing that goes OVER your hat/helmet. Just stuff like "Lowered hoods" or coifs that hug your head like a ski mask. Cloth coifs wrapped around your mouth like a scarf. etc.

If it's not the first thing, Maybe certain helmets have more neck options to allow for full "Over the helmet" hoods?
