Low settings just not getting you the smooth FPS you desire? Try this out
r.MipMapLODBias is the console command,the Default is 0 so by Default it will be r.MipMapLODBias 0,increasing the value will reduce quality by lowering the Level of Display ,meaning the textures and model quality of items will be reduced to their next available lowest level,as you increase the value the worse the game looks,but the better it will run,meaning r.MipMapLODBias 10 will be the worst looking but run the smoothest
