How best to recreate the elite knight armor set from Dark Souls?

Most of the Gothic set items + plus the close helmet / raised Gothic armet seem to fit the look pretty well (Kinda sucks I'm forced to have pauldrons on both shoulders instead of only the left). The chest, I'm not sure about. The Gothic skirt would obviously fit for the waist item, but none of the chest items seem to really have the look I'm going for. The tabard was the closest thing and even then I'm not completely happy with it.

Any suggestions?
