My screen looks like its on stretch res

Can anyone help? I haven't been able to play because my screen looks like it's on stretch res and my mouse only clicks on stuff to the bottom right of it. Because of this it won't let me open settings in game.

Same problem- I lowered the resolution too much and for me it only clicks to the bottom left. I cannot access options. Please someone help
