Controllers work for the game.
What you are likely experiencing, is actually due to input lag, given alot of us have tested it, as demonstrated in this video... it is not clientside...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdiNmYxdWSY&feature=youtu.be
It affects both controllers and keyboard users, so hopefully they fix it soon.
Another mystery solved, gang.
This is a PC game
There are lots of PC games where controllers work totally fine ;)
No, thats not what is happening. It more like sometimes the game does not register some attacks when done too quickly or in commination with one another, something that does not happen when using a keyboard and mouse.
Then why support controllers at all then? If it did not then i would not have bothered playing it and simply would have returned it. Instead i have played the game for a while think i was bad at it when in fact it was the game itself.
That's no excuse for letting a controller work but not to its fullest. May as well not support it at all.
Ya, i play most games on the pc with one and dont have these kind of issues.
