The mace is insane

Low point cost, 2 hit swing even through t3 armor, can still increase or slow speed easily enough with drags. The level of effort you have to put in to perform well is hilariously low, I went like 13-5 with a greatsword and when I equipped the match by the end of the game i was 29-10. The point cost allows you to go decent armor and have blacksmith hammer and a throwing weapon. Versus slow weapons you can totally ♥♥♥♥ people over along with help in team fights without risk of hurting your teammates unlike a big sword. I assume the only reason it isnt used more/isnt op is because it isnt nearly as cool as swords and is probably not nearly as good for mixups

It's terrible in 1vs2+. It's a great dueling weapon, but the slow speed, low range and hit stop makes it awful when fighting groups in Frontlines. I'm not talking about team fights where you can back pedal to your team after you get hit.

It's alright. I used to love it when I was new to the game, but it's low reach and speed literally being identical to the poleaxe makes it less as good as many other choices. I feel I can do the same job with the warhammer for half the price.

Warhammer requires head hits to two shot enemies, mace only needs body hits.

same thing happens when im using a zweihander too. im right beside my comrades yet they ignore them and come at me.
