How to deal with spear users?

It seems impossible, cause spamfest with spears seem unstoppable even if you parry it.

Spears are not that different to any other weapon, they just long. Which isn't much of advantage if you manage to get close enough.

You do what you do to anyone else. Parry, riposte, morph attacks, feint, kicks, and etc.

Chamber morph drag/accel is a good way to kill them. In addition, chambering doesn't knock you back, which helps you close the distance.

This, chamber is specifically designed to counter spams.

Mouse wheel up into their thrust, and mousewheel down right after to morph into a free hit swing.
Once you get used to the timing you'll start charging into spear spammers for easy kills. :P

Yeah, honestly, spears are great practice for learning the basic chamber.
