can other people see what i have installed and does it work on actual servers?

In terms of weapon skins, no other people cant see it unless they also have it installed. Not sure on the second one. Source engine games I know have to have sv_pure set for them to work but not sure on Unreal Engine games.

also there are no mods that make me better that i can think of

there is probably a mod that does that but i ask for a real question not your "answers"

Stuff like making the swords into lightsabers and the horses into Thomas the Tank. Typical mod stuff.
