Accidentally set graphics too high, cannot boot up game

Hi, I have an orange for a PC, so naturally, I can't play any highly demanding titles, but for this one, I just set everything to the lowest it can go, aside from physics and water physics. (i like the funny waves)
so I was fiddling around in the menu, and somehow set the quality of EVERYTHING to very high. then my game crashed. booted the game up again, settings persisted, and it wont even get me to the menu.
So one last hail Mary, I deleted my saves, because I know the game isn't set to very high when I first started playing, and the same happened. I cant play the game. I cant get to a spot where I can turn these settings down to play the game

there isn't anything I know I can do.

You can turn down some settings before you get into game if you go to Documents/My games/Blade and sorcery/Saves/Default and open the options.opt in notepad and turn MSAA to 0 and you can turn render resolution and other settings down
