Performance and graphics are horrible

I bought this game on pc when u12 came out and it was pretty fun but back then i had a 1060 so it was a kinda choppy experience but still looked great. Now, on my 6650XT i get horrible frames and it looks like im playing the game at 480p. Im surprised i couldnt find a single reddit thread on this. Is this a problem on my end or does blade and sorcery genuinely have a problem with amd? Half life alyx runs buttery smooth at mid-high settings on 90hz so idk why an indie game doesnt. I should also mention that i use virtual desktop but i did test this with my oculus link cable and i got the same results even while launching it with oculus runtime. Someone please help🙏
