loading stuck at 100% save data loaded

i try to play the game, and it just says save data 100%, and doesn't actually load. I cleared the files already, i got rid of all mods, i disabled onedrive, i uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I restarted my headset and computer, and I did both steamvr and questvr. Nothing seems to work.

If extension names are turned off, it will only be called 'player'

there is nothing called that in the files

Basically what happens is i boot up the game in steamvr, hit play, and it loads all of the stuff, and then finally says 100% save data loaded, and an orb appears (i think its something story related but i'm not sure) and then the glowing orb makes a shockwave, and keeps glowing, and the character select menu just never pops up, nothing else happens.

I also just tried to play nomad, and it is giving me an api error when i try to open the mods section

Doubt, this file is generated every time the game is booted up

same issue here, i deleted all my saves and characters after downloading new mods and now im just stuck with this purple orb glitch

also i think the purple orb is actually the golem introduction, its got the same timing, same music stingers and plays the roar

i did already fix the issue by doing a fresh install, deleting the save folder and creating a new character before readding my mods, so im certain it is something to do with a broken mod.
