(SPOILERS) bug issue sword of Naa vanishing

i play on quest and i recently encountered an issue where sometimes when an enemy parried me or vice versa my weapon would fly off quickly often phasing into objects, walls, or seeming to disappear and not showing back up into my house inventory, most of the time this was not a big deal as i could just purchase the item again however the sword of Naa (the sword you get from the secret ending) did this and i can not figure out how to get it back without starting from scratch, any ideas help

Hey, this is a known issue. You can enable dev mode by clicking the version number in the menu book, then spawning it under the "spawn" tab. I'm sorry, but I can't recall the exact name for it at the moment. If anyone else has the details, please share. <3
