Save Data Error

When I open the game it boots up properly past the 81% bug and I can get to the main menu and do things in it but the whenever I hit play and it loads to 100% it just stops and dosnt load me into the game or do anything. It says loading save data but after deleting all the save data files deleting all mods deleting the game and redownloading it and verifying the games files it still dosnt work.

reinstall
1, find where you installed the game (the default location is: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Blade & Sorcery)
2, select EVERYTHING you see in this folder, and hit the "Shift" and "Del(or Delete)" key at the same time, and click "yes"
3, uninstall the game via steam/oculus
4, install the game
